Adam and Nikki Laug of Ames are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Macy Jean, born July 3, 2011. Macy weighed 9 lbs 10 oz. and was 21 inches long. Macy was welcomed home by her brothers, Harrison, age 4, and Vance, age 2. Grandparents are Chuck Laug and Jan and Greg Renaud of Pella and Eric and Carol Gilson of Mishicot, WI. Great-grandparents are Robert Westerveld of Pella and Virginia Laug of Palatine Bridge, NY.

Brent and Kathy Uitermarkt of Toronto, Canada are the parents of a baby girl, Sydney Kathryn, born May 28, 2011. She weighed 8 lbs. 11 oz. and was 21 inches long. Her big brother, Carson Daniel, age 2 welcomed her home. Grandparents are Kay Craig of Ames, Patrick and Susan Craig of Eldora and Melvin and Shirley Uitermarkt of Leighton.

Kyle and Shalene Zylstra are the proud parents of a baby girl. Norah Hendrix was born on May 1, 2011 at the Pella Regional Health Center. She weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. and was 20 inches long. Norah was welcomed home by big sister Lydia, age 7 and big brother Aidan, age 5. Grandparents are Glenn and Denise Van Wyk and David and Phyllis Zylstra, all of Pella. Great-grandparents are Herman and Blanche Wyngarden of Oskaloosa, IA; Marv and Celia Zylstra of Pella; and Ralph and Ruby Van Wyk of Sully, IA.
