Lake Red Rock — The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of the Second Annual Red Rock Balloonfest.
The first place winner was Benji Clemons, was sponsored by Peace Tree Brewing Company. In second place was Dale Dommer, was sponsored by Precision Pulley and Idler. In third, earning the Marion County Bank Cup, was Scott Armstrong. Geetings, Inc., also sponsored the balloon.
Melinda O'Field with the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, said the crowd for the Balloonfest was very good.
