One in custody after Cincinnati stabbing

CINCINNATI — Authorities in Appanoose County took one person into custody Tuesday night in an apparent stabbing in Cincinnati.

The stabbing was reported around 10 p.m. Tuesday night in the 200 block of Lasalle Street in Cincinatti. Few details have been released, but scanner traffic indicated authorities were seeking a black male about six feet tall. The victim in the stabbing, whose name has not been released, was taken to Mercy Medical Center by ambulance.

A suspect in the case was detained at about 10:40 p.m.
