Pella — 3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, mashed
1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel original diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper
tortilla chips, optional
1. Mix avocados, drained tomatoes, onion, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl until blended.
2. Season with pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
