Pella — 4 eggs
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons bourbon
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Combine eggs, honey, butter, vanilla and bourbon. Stir in sugars, flour, pecans and mini-morsels. Pour into pie shell.
3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack.
Serves 10 to 12.
