Corn Bread

Pella — 1 cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

4 Tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup milk

1/3 cup canola oil

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 cup cooked corn

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 8-inch square baking dish.

2. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.

3. Add milk, oil, and egg. Stir to combine. Add corn and stir.

4. Pour into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
