Pella — 3/4 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1. Butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and sour cream. Then add flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
3. Spoon into pan.
4. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
5. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serves 12.
