Glazed Wild Salmon Fillets

Pella — Salmon, thawed (recipe will glaze .5-1.5 lbs.)

3 Tbsp molasses

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp lemon zest

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1. Place salmon on foil-lined pan. Rub top of salmon with molasses, covering entire top side of fish.

2. Mix brown sugar, lemon zest, salt and pepper in  a bowl. Spread over the entire salmon and allow to sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.

3. Turn the oven on broil (high setting) and allow to heat completely. Broil 6-10 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish reaches 145F. Remove salmon from oven and allow to rest, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Serve.

Serves 4.
