Pella — 2 lbs raw or cooked shrimp (any size), peeled and deveined, tail-off
1 package taco seasoning
2 tsp oil
2 Tbsp lime juice
16 flour tortillas, warmed
4 cups prepared cole slaw
1. Sprinkle shrimp with seasoning mix. Toss and coat well.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes or just until shrimp turns pink.
4. Add lime juice. Cook and stir 1 minute.
5. Serve in warm tortillas with cole slaw.
Serves 8.
