Pella — 12 oz. finely chopped milk chocolate
1 Tbsp melted shortening
4 oz. chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 cup raisins
2/3 cup salted nuts
1. Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring occasionally.
2. Add shortening and semi-sweet chocolate
3. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with raisins and nuts.
4. After chocolate hardens, break into pieces.
