yellow cake mix |

eggs |

wesson oil |

instant pistachio pudding |

milk or ginger ale (i use milk) |

pecans, chopped fine |

9 oz |
carton of cool whip |

powdered sugar |

8 oz |
carton of sour cream |

milk |

instant pistacio pudding |

Mix well and pour into two 9-inch pans or one 13x9-inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes in oven preheated to 350 degrees. Let cool completely before icing.

For icing: Fold, do not beat ingredients together. Ice cake. Place in refrigerator after icing.
