Grandma's Pineapple Cake

Pella — 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple

4 egg whites

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1. Beat egg whites and sugar. Mix the rest of the ingredients.

2. Bake 40 minutes at 350F. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
