Pella — 12 oz. white chocolate, chopped PLUS additional 4 oz.
1 Tbsp melted shortening
1-2 cups chopped peppermint candies (amount depends on how minty for you taste)
1. Melt the 12 oz. of chocolate in microwave.
2. Add melted shortening and 4 oz. chocolate. Stir.
3. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet; top with coarsely chopped peppermint candies. When hardened, break into pieces.
