As an occasional user, I would like to express my appreciation for the availability of economical rides provided by the Golden Van. For those who do not have a car, this is a valuable service that will take one to the doctor, the grocery store, senior meals, or any other place where one might want to go within the city limits of Pella.
Rides are provided for $1.00. What a bargain!! This service is sponsored and subsidized by Pella Corp. Thank you, Pella Corp, for this special service.
Reservations need to be made on the day prior to when a ride is needed. The telephone number is 628-0043. Hours are limited to 9:00 to 3:00 Monday through Friday.
This is another excellent example of why Pella is a wonderful place to live and especially to retire. Try the Golden Van; you’ll like it!
