Legislative coffee set for Sat., Feb. 6

There will be a Legislative Coffee on Saturday February 6 at 9:30 am at the Monarch Restaurant. The public is invited to meet with Senator Paul McKinley and Representative Jim Van Engelenhoven to hear about what has been happening at the state house. Those in attendance are encouraged to voice their concerns and offer their input concerning possible legislation.

The Legislative Coffees are held on the first Saturday of each month during the legislative session. They are sponsored by the Pella League of Women Voters, a non-partisan political organization. Free coffee and pastries will be available.
