Pella Rotary Club, DFS all set for upcoming soup supper
The second soup supper sponsored by the Pella Rotary Club and Pella Dollars for Scholars Organization will be held when the Pella Christian High School basketball teams travel to Pella Community High School on Tuesday, Jan. 29, starting approximately at 4:30 p.m. Similar to the past, the supper will be held in the lunchroom area of the Pella Community High School.

Sadler honored with remaing of cottage
A retirement party was held last Thursday evening for Patsy Sadler honoring her for her 36 years of service as the Pella Historical Society Village Director. In honor of Patsy and Dean's contributions to the society, the Historical Society Board renamed her former workplace as the 'Sadler Cottage'. Approximately 180 well-wishers attended the open house.
