Red Rock's Wildlife
Fri., August 17 - 7:00 p.m. - Howell Station (meet at turnaround at end of park's entrance road - bring a lawn chair or blanket!)
Sat., August 18 - 7:00 p.m. - Whitebreast Amphitheater
Learn about the many different animals that call the Lake Red Rock area their home! Identify furs of area mammals and discuss their adaptations used for survival. There will be also be a special guest appearance by some live snakes!
Let's Go Paddling!
Sat., Aug 18 - 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Roberts Creek East Boat Ramp
Enjoy the chance to experience both canoeing and kayaking in the same day! Give one or both types of watercraft a try and see how much fun paddling can be! (You must be 10 years old to use the kayaks. Life Jackets will be provided.)
