Pella Regional named “Top Iowa Workplace” for 2nd Year

Pella —

Pella Regional Health Center is pleased to announce that it has again been selected as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces, this year being named to the 4th spot. The Des Moines Register published the complete list of Top Workplaces on Sunday, Sept 23.

“We have worked very hard to make Pella Regional a place where patients receive the best care from the best staff,” said Bob Kroese, chief executive officer at Pella Regional. “I think that this ranking only proves what I’ve known for years – our staff is outstanding. I am proud to be a part of an organization that has so many loyal employees who enjoy their work.”

The “Iowa Top Workplaces 2012” is a list of the best places to work in the state of Iowa. Businesses with at least 50 employees in Iowa were eligible to participate at no cost. More than 70 percent of eligible employees responded to the survey. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
