Pella —
The Pella Rotary Club and Pella Dollars for Scholars are once again teaming up to host two Soup Suppers prior to the Pella Christian/Pella High School varsity basketball games. A record number of people came out last year, and they hope to smash that record again this year. Both organizations can not thank the community enough for their continued support of the program.
Fans can come out and enjoy a great meal, some fellowship and fun prior to the games. In the mean time, they support our 2013 graduates with a few new scholarships.
Friday evening’s event will offer chili and chicken noodle soup beginning at 4:30 p.m., and will last until the middle of the first game.
The Girls Varsity Game starts at 6 p.m. and the Boys Varsity Game starts at 7:30 p.m.
