Pella — Minnie Jean Uitermarkt, 78, of Pella, IA, passed away Wednesday afternoon at Jefferson Place in Pella. Minnie Jean, daughter of the late Theodore and Rachel (Bogaards) Van Dorland, is survived by her husband, Edward L. Uitermarkt and her son Jerry L. Uitermarkt and his wife, Martha, of Pella; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held after 1:00 p.m. Friday December 14,2012 at Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home with family present from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Second Christian Reformed Church, Pella Iowa.
Interment was made in the Oakwood Cemetery at Pella, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given for the Second Christian Reformed Church or Pella Christian Grade School.
