Joel Minnihan
Joel Keane Minnihan, 27, of Knoxville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at his home. There are no services planned at this time. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to www.williamsfhknoxville.com
Joel was born on February 5, 1982 in Des Moines to Terence and Julie (Nichol) Minnihan. Joel grew up in Knoxville where he attended and graduated from Knoxville High School in 2000. He then attended and graduated from Indian Hills Community College and then Central College. He later attended Iowa State University. Joel loved learning and furthering his education. He also enjoyed reading and spending time with his family.
Joel is survived by his mother, Julie of Knoxville, grandparents, Jerry and Patty Nichol of Knoxville, IA; Dennis Minnihan of California and Sharon Kerr of Maxwell, IA; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of many friends.
Joel was preceded in death by his father, Terence and aunt, Jennifer.
