Dr. Maxine C. (Fish) Huffman, 81, of Pella, Iowa passed away Wednesday evening, February 3, 2010, at the Hospice of Pella Comfort House. Dr. Huffman was a former Professor of Biology and English at Central College and is survived by her husband, Dr. Donald M. Huffman; two children: James D. Huffman of Pleasant Hill, IA, Kimberley L. Huffman of Pella; and two brothers: John Fish of Raleigh, N.C. and Lance D. Fish of Des Moines, IA.
An Informal Gathering will be Sunday, February 28, 2010 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Graham Conference Center at Central College in Pella, Iowa. There will be no formal visitation or services.
Memorials may be designated to Central College.
