Pella — David and Kathy Smith of Leon, Iowa would like to announce the engagement of their daughter Tiara Kristen Smith to Daniel Eugene Fopma, son of Calvin and Sharon Fopma of Leighton, Iowa. Tiara is a 2006 graduate of Central Decatur High School, 2010 Graduate of William Penn University with a Bachelors in Wellness & Recreation and Strength & Conditioning, and a 2012 Graduate of William Penn University with a Masters in Business Leadership. Daniel is a 2004 Graduate of Pella Christian High School and a 2006 graduate of Des Moines Area Community College with an Associates Degree in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology. Daniel is a Partner/Owner of Dan's Plumbing and Heating in Knoxville, IA. The wedding date is set for October 27, 2012 at Covenant Reformed Church in Pella.
